Contact form: your work email, your company name and your message. They are sent to us by email so we can reply.

Contact agent: the text of your messages. If you ask to send your request, the agent emails our team your email, your company name, a summary of your needs and the conversation transcript. The conversation itself is not stored by the website: it stays in your browser until you leave the page.

Browsing: your IP address is kept in memory for ten minutes to limit abuse (number of messages) and is not stored. The website sets no tracking cookie and uses no advertising identifier.

Anthropic (United States), which provides the Claude model used by the contact agent. The messages you write to the agent are sent to it to produce a reply, under its commercial terms, which exclude the use of this data to train its models.

Contabo GmbH (Germany), which hosts the website and our email in the European Union.

Emails received are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the exchanges that follow. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

The website may use cookieless audience measurement without personal identifiers, which counts page views and countries of origin without identifying you.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of the information about you by writing to bonjour@worabee.com. We reply as soon as possible.

Never share sensitive data (passwords, banking details, health data) in the form or in the conversation with the agent.
